Our partial planning package is perfect for the client who has completed portions of the planning and require some assistance. This package gives the client a hands-on role while we work along side them to guide them through. This package includes (but not limited to): PLANNING PHASE -Meetings and Coordination time (total of 24 hours including event hours) -Layout key milestones timeline -Help to prepare and understand an event budget -Guest RSVP's DESIGN PHASE -Website Design for an additional charge -Event souvenirs ACTION PHASE -Day of Coordination -On site logistics
